Nerthek Restoration Continues At A Pace

Our brilliant and busy volunteers have been working to get our historical wooden Gig Nerthek, in tip top condition for the Spring and the busy months ahead with the rowing calendar. The team have been scraping, sanding and preparing all her beautiful wood. It's been a brilliant team effort, in conditions that have not been easy with these cold Winter days but with great team work, spirits have been high. Special thanks to Tony Burton who oversees the maintenance of our Gigs, along with all the volunteers that have given up their precious time and worked really hard over the past 2 weeks.
