7.40am Saturday 2 nd November. I thought I would get to the club early. Wow what a turnout. UK RS Tera Championships 2024 Autumn Series Harrison Carter took part in the Regatta fleet of the RS Tera End of Season championships 2024 at Draycote water this weekend. Laying-Up Supper 2024

Harvest Race Report
We were blessed with sunshine and moderate breezes on Saturday for the Harvest Race. Despite the early start, due to the tide, and a committee boat start, due to it being a single race for all classes, there was a good turnout from both fast and slow boats. There was a short delay while the wind settled down to it's forecast NE direction, a bit of a rare direction for us.

Royal Victoria Sailing Club Welcomes Brading Haven Gig Rowers
Royal Victoria Sailing Club gave a warm welcome and hospitality to Brading Haven Gig Rowers Bembridge after a 3 hour row from Brading Haven to Royal Victoria last week. It was a fantastic day out for the rowers and involved one crew rowing to Royal Victoria Sailing Club and one crew returning to Brading Haven Yacht Club. SUNDAY RACE
SUNDAY RACE Some of the best racing is the most unlikely and totally spontaneous. This is what happened on Sunday morning. A beautiful early autumn morning but very little wind. However, the Scows were keen to go so we delayed the start for 20 minutes until a whisper of breeze was felt. We set an ambitious course!! upside down Y (this side of fisherman's pontoon), then 17, 3 times round.

RNLI 200 Celebration - 17th August

Great Bembridge Paper Boat Race
Despite a cloudy sky, this year's Great Bembridge Paper Boat Race was a huge success with lots of entries.
