2025 RYA Week: Stage 2

RYA Youth Learn to Sail Stage 2: This course is the natural progression from Stage 1 and is designed to give you further confidence and build on your Stage 1 skills. Some of the skills you will develop further are:

1. Rigging in relation to the wind
2. Launching the boat on your own.
3. Ropework
4. Controlling speed.
5. Going about and sailing a small triangle

As well as other theory and practical sessions.

Cadets must be able to swim and be 8 years and over.
